Low and Slow Offset-Smoke
Luke's love for smoking meat and serving friends and family began in east Texas where Luke's dad, Sam, spent hours perfecting briskets and pork roasts for the Panter family and their friends. Over the years, Luke has continued the east Texas tradition and brought the art of slow smoke to Arizona.

Luke's Barbecue believes that the best things in life take time, and great barbecue is no exception. During a time when almost every backyard has a pellet smoker attempting to replicate an ancient art in just a few hours, Luke's Barbecue delivers a unique taste and tenderness that simply cannot be rushed. We cut no corners to deliver you the very best in barbecue. Our prime briskets are smoked for over 12 hours and rest for another 6-10 hours for perfect tenderness. Our offset smoker is custom-made by Desert Mountain Smokers in Tucson, Arizona.
